User FAQ's
No worry! On the Sign In page, Click ‘Forgotten Password?’ and we will send you a password reset link.
Head to the Settings Icon on your menu – From there you can choose which notifications you would like to receive from email, SMS alerts and Push Notifications.
All Manager users will be able to add new users as part of their permission level.
No problem! Use the Search Bar and search PO number, Job Number, or your customer.
Yes! All Manager Users can add new Customers to the Glass Factory® During initial implementation, to save time, download the Excel Templates and use these to import multiple amounts of data.
GF® Help Centre
We have created a comprehensive Glass Factory® Help Centre for all users, providing simple Help Guides for each feature to support training and system roll out.
Our Guides are continuously being updated as the system features evolve – We automatically send out notification alerts for new feature Help Guides so users are kept updated in real-time and provided with transparency of information.
